Q: Do you offer in-person services or Online services?
A: While most of our services are Online (via Zoom or Google Meet), certain services might require in-person visits.
Q: How do you charge for your services?
A: We charge by the hour (30 min minimum) and by the complexity of the service. There is no retainer. You are free to make your choice of utilizing our services or to cease using our services. Based on our estimate and upon mutual agreement of terms, we will get you started on the services.
There will be a FREE 15 minutes initial consultation call to help us understand your request and for you to make a decision if you'd like to use our services.
Q: Will a subject matter expert help on my case?
A: Yes! Over the span of nearly two decades, the Director, Jones Stephenmoses has built a strong network of professionals who are experts in their own domains and leverages their expertise to provide authentic consulting services.
Q: Will my personal information be stored and shared with other third parties?
A: We strictly adhere to the government regulations on protection of personal information and take all measures to only store basic information for our records (audit purposes)and no sensitive data.
Q: What is the lead time for cancellation or amendment of appointments?
A: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice in case of a cancellation or reschedule. However, life happens and sometimes, an emergency occurs requiring us to cancel or make changes, we can work things out with you. In such cases, cancellation or rescheduling 4 hours prior to the appointment would be considered at best, and with notice lesser than 4 hours would result in a full charge to be paid.
Q: What is the ETA for response to queries?
A: The typical ETA for response to your queries is 24 hours within the work week (Monday to Friday). Weekends and Holidays will have a delayed response.
